エルサレムでの礼拝 Worships in Jerusalem
今回初めてのエルサレムでの礼拝です。
毎年エルサレムで礼拝することに神のみ心があります。
We are going to have the first worship service in Jerusalem. We believe that worshipping God in Jerusalem every year is to fulfil His will.

ホテルには6時半頃到着し、夕食をいただきました。
野菜が美味しいです。
Arriving at the hotel at around 6.30 and had dinner. The vegetables were especially delicious.

無事にベングリオン空港に着きました。お祈りをありがとうございました。

奇跡 nothing but a miracle
アメリカのハリケーンで、62名のキャンセルがあり、奇跡的に私たち62名が乗れることになりました。

Because of the big huricane swept through the United States, reservation of 62 seats of an airliner were cancelled and all of our team members of 62 people could get tickets. A miracle !

航空会社のバウチャーで朝食 A breakfast at the guest room
一人12ユーロまで使えるそうです。
ブロシュートのバニーニとグラーシュスープ、カフェラテをいただきました。美味しかったです。
A passenger was allowed to spend up to 12 euros at the guest room for a breakfast. I enjoyed delicious light food and a cup of caffee for a breakfast.

衝撃 Shocking news
ウィーンに引き返すことになった頃、iPhone の電池が切れてしまい、衝撃のショットは撮れませんでした。
衝撃とは、ほとんどの方が、テルアビブに着いたと思っていたことです。
My iPhone's battery ran out on the way back to Vienna, and I failed to take photo of poeple being

昨日は出発しましたが、途中でウィーンに引き返し、ウィーンでの一泊となりました。
すべてを感謝です。
Due to the unexpected happening, our plane which left Vienna yesterday returned to the same city.

空港でお会いしたユダヤ人 Jewish family at the airpot
イスラエル在住のユダヤ人の方にお会いしました。日本を三週間旅行していたそうです。
ぜひ家に来てください、とのことでした。
We met at the airport Jewish family living in Israel. They said they had been travelling in Japan for 3 weeks and kindly invited us to visit their home in Israel.

オーストリアエアーは、ユナイテッドにマイルがつかないということなので、急遽ルフトハンザの会員手続き。
そうしたら、記念品をいただきました。

エルサレムのホテル Our hotel in Jerusalem
エルサレムで宿泊するホテルはDan Hotel です。
ヘブライ大学のすぐ近くにある立派なホテルです。
In Jerusalem, we are going to stay in Dan Hotel, a luxurious hotel near the Hebrew University.
このホテルの中で夜の聖会も行われます。
たくさん祝福を受けることが出来ます。
Our church group will hold services every evening in this hotel. We can expect to receive abundant blessings from the Lord.

ザクロ pomegranate
エリコの城壁の跡、誘惑の山、ザーカイの木、これらはエリコにあります。
エリコは現在パレスチナ自治区の中にあります。
エリコの城壁の遺跡のところには果物がたくさん売られています。
中でもザクロは目につきます。
There are in Jericho famous historic spots; the remains of the ancient city wall, The mount of Temptation and Zaccheus's sycamore tree. Jericho, nowaday, belongs to the Palestinian Autonomy area. Around the ruins of the ancient wall, so many people run stalls and are selling fruits especially pomegranate.
その場でジュースにしてくれるところがあります。日本では贅沢品だと思いますが、ここでは高くありません。すごーくおいしいフレッシュジュースです。
At some stalls, they make juice from pomegranate fruits immediately on demand. The pomegtanate juice is rather expensive in Japan, but here in Israel it is cheap and delicious fresh drink.

ハイファ Haifa
ハイファは地中海に面したイスラエル３番目の都市です。今回のスケジュールではここで１泊する予定です。
Haifa, a city facing the Mediterranean Sea, is the third biggest among the Israeli cities. We are scheduled to stay one night there this time.
Recently, huge natural resouces were discovered at the seabed off Haifa. As the discovery has crucial importance for Israel's energy policy, the nation is raising its expectation for further development.

ハルマゲドン Armageddon
これはメギドの丘のことです。
The mountain of Megiddo. The Bible tells this hill as the site of Armageddon.
ハルマゲドンということばは、ヨハネの黙示録の１６章に出てきますが、この場所に全世界の兵が集められ、エルサレムを攻撃しに行くのです。エルサレムが危うくなってきた時にイエス・キリストが再臨され、勝利が現わされるのです。
確かにこの丘から見るイズレエル平原には全世界から兵が集まるだけの場所があります。
This place, Armageddon, appears in John's Revelation chapter 16, where, according to The Revelation, all the armies of the world will be gathered to attack Jerusalem. But just before the Jerusalem falls, Jesus Christ resurrects and achieves great victory.
Standing at the top of the mountain, you will see the large plain of Izreal, which may be large enough for big armies to gather.

ヨルダン川 the Jordan River
ヨルダン川と言えば洗礼です。 The Jordan River, dream place for baptism !
ここはガリラヤ湖すぐそばにあるヨルダン川の洗礼場所(Yardenit)です。
今年は何人洗礼を受けるのでしょうか。楽しみですね。

オリーブ山 The Mount of Olives
今回のチームは最初にエルサレムに行きます。
エルサレム旧市街の東側にオリーブ山があります。
オリーブ山はイエス・キリストが再臨されるところです。（ゼカリヤ書１４章４章）
Our mission team's first destination is Jerusalem. The Mount of Olives is a hill located to the east of the old city of Jerusalem. On this mountain, Lord Jesus will come on the day of His Second Coming.
( Zechariah 14:4)

ヘルモン山 Mt.Hermon
ガリラヤ湖から北東を見た写真ですが、遠くの方にヘルモン山が見えます。
詩篇１３３篇にも登場する山です。
ヘルモン山は新約聖書でイエス・キリストが変貌した変貌山と言われています。
シリアとの国境にありますが、その山頂で今年も祈りたいですね。
A distant view of the Mt. Hermon, north east direction of the Sea of Galilee. This mountain appears in Psalms 133, a song of ascents. It also appears in the New Testament in which it is called the Mount of Transfiguration, as the Lord Jesus was transfigured there.
The mountain located in the border area with Syria but we hope we can have a time to pray at its top this time.

やすらぎの歌１２集 Gospel Song Book "yasuragi"12
新しい歌集が出来上がりました。この歌集をイスラエルへ持って行きます。新しい歌で共に賛美できるのは素晴らしい祝福です。
New gospel song book, Yasuragi No.12 was now completed, and we are going to bring them to Israel to use at the sevices there. It will be our great blessing to be able to praise God with new songs.

イスラエルにはオリーブの木がたくさんあります。
We see so many olive trees everywhere in Israel.

新年礼拝 Special service for New Year
私たちの教会は１１月から新年度に入ります。
新年礼拝はガリラヤ湖畔で行います。
ガリラヤはイエス様が宣教をスタートされたところ。
弟子たちが大宣教命令のことばを受けたところ。
宣教のスタート地です。
このスタート地で来年度のスタートとともに新しいみことばをいただきます。
Our church year starts from November, and we are going to hold a special service for new year at the lake-side of Sea of Galilee. This is the place where Lord Jesus began his mission works and this is also the place where his disciples were ordered to go out and make all people His disciples. Mission works of Christianity reailly started from this place. TLCCC group is looking foward to receiving His words for coming new year in the first worship of this year to be held at Galilee.

町田教会のお昼時は ＩＴ 関連の話題で持ちきり！ その中でも何と７０代、６０代、５０代が
最も熱心！ 若者もうかうかしてられません！
The Pastor and church members preparing for the mission tour to Israel. At the lunch time of Machida Church, conversation liven up when they start talking about IT retated subjects. Amazing thing is that elder people in their 70s, 60s and 50s are most enthusiastic about IT.

Indiana Jones
去年はヨルダンにも行きました。
インディー・ジョーンズのロケが行われたペトラ遺跡にも行きました。
遺跡に行く途中にあったお土産屋さんです。

Our mission team to Israel last year visited Jordan and looke around the ruin of ancient city of Petra where the location of famous movie, Indie Jones, was took place. The photo is a souvenir shop near the ruin.
