ヘルモン山 Mt.Hermon

ガリラヤ湖から北東を見た写真ですが、遠くの方にヘルモン山が見えます。
詩篇１３３篇にも登場する山です。
ヘルモン山は新約聖書でイエス・キリストが変貌した変貌山と言われています。
シリアとの国境にありますが、その山頂で今年も祈りたいですね。

A distant view of the Mt. Hermon, north east direction of the Sea of Galilee. This mountain appears in Psalms 133, a song of ascents. It also appears in the New Testament in which it is called the Mount of Transfiguration, as the Lord Jesus was transfigured there.
The mountain located in the border area with Syria but we hope we can have a time to pray at its top this time.
